Title: Saudi Arabia stocks higher at close of trade; Tadawul All Share up 0.30%

Saudi Arabian shares rose after the close on Thursday as gains in the media and publishing, retail, and industrial equipment sectors drove stocks higher.

At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share gained 0.30%.


Sadr Logistics Co was the best performer on the Tadawul All Share, gaining 9.98% or 7.11 points to close at 78.40. Meanwhile, Development Works Food Co gained 9.94%, or 18.40 points, to close at 203.60, and Baazeem Trading Co rose 9.78%, or 9.00 points, to 101.00 in late trading.


Al Sorayai Trading & Industrial Group was the worst performer, falling 5.59% or 1.60 points to close at 27.00 in late trade. Alkhaleej Training & Education Co fell 2.56%, or 0.50 points, to close at 19.00, while Dur Hospitality slipped 2.36%, or 0.75 points, to 31.05.


On the Saudi Arabian bourse, advancers outweighed decliners 152 to 54, and 12 stocks remained unchanged.


Sadr Logistics Co shares rose 9.98%, or 7.11 to 78.40, to a 52-week low.Shares of Al Sorayai Trading & Industrial Group fell to a 52-week low, dropping 5.59%, or 1.60, to 27.00.


Crude oil for delivery in January fell 2.70 per cent, or 1.77, to $63.80 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodity trading, Brent oil for delivery in February fell 2.54% or 1.75 to $67.12 a barrel, while the February gold futures contract fell 0.35% or 6.20 to settle at $1,778.10 a troy ounce.


0.14% to 4.2522, while USD/SAR fell 0.01% to 3.7512.
